WHY HIRE NEAL WEICHEL?
|
Qualifications
After graduating from UCLA, I spent seven years in the corporate sales environment. I was the top salesperson at both companies I worked for during that time.
I began my real estate career in April of 1991. From 1993-2003 1 have ranked either #1 or #2 in the entire Santa Clarita Valley out of over 900 Realtors.
Philosophy
I believe today's real estate market requires specialization. I only serve the Santa Clarita Valley. In order to properly service a prospective home buyer and/or seller I need to know all the details of a given area. Since my clients are counting on my expertise, I consider it my responsibility to know floor plans, quality of construction, school information, current inventory, demographics of move-up buyers and poignant city issues. To help a seller get top dollar I study where the market is at the moment we list it - not necessarily 3-6 months before, This is one of the most important services I provide to help sellers get top dollar.
Administration
Providing "first-rate" service to my clients has always been the top priority. I have found providing this kind of service requires the staffing of a full-time agent dedicated to following up on and responding to the many requests, calls and faxes generated by clients, cooperating agents and ancillary service providers. Barbara Redman and Michelle Avila are outstanding in this capacity. Together, their efforts allow me to dedicate more time to what I do best - prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other top agents and negotiating contracts.
Also, I am fortunate to have Shannon Tandberg on staff as a buyer's agent. Shannon makes finding the right home seem easy. She simply asks our clients exactly what kind of home they want, and then finds it for them -- even if that "just right" home isn't on the market! In that case, Shannon sends out target mailers to homes meeting the client's criteria. Bottom line... providing a Buyers agent means more attention and service to our buyers than I can give by myself.
Commitiment
As a Realtor, not unlike a doctor or an attorney, I have an implied and in most cases a written contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, "good faith," "diligent effort," "looking out for the best interests of the client" etc... I want you to know -- I take all that very seriously. As a client, you will be treated and serviced as I would want to be treated and serviced.
